Involvement Opportunities

Are you looking to give back to your university? Are you interested in the success of HBCU students? The HBCU Career Development Marketplace, Inc. is dedicated to enhancing student success in the corporate world. There are many ways that you can get involved in this effort. For more information please contact us at (443) 325-5020 or email us at Your involvement can make a difference and we greatly appreciate it.

Share Your Career Advice

Give back to HBCU students by discussing your own professional experiences with them at the Career Town Hall Meeting. Experienced HBCU alumni are able to interact informally with students interested in similar career fields to ultimately offer career specific advice and suggestions. Students have expressed great enthusiasm and sincere gratitude at previous Town hall meetings. We would love to have you participate as a town hall speaker and allow students to learn from your success.

Enhance Workplace Diversity

When you support this conference, you have the chance to show your commitment to workplace diversity. The HBCU Career Development Marketplace is designed to prepare talented students for professional opportunities and help them connect with the best companies and organizations in their field. We would love to have your company participate as a sponsor and/or exhibitor and open the door for HBCU student opportunities.

Foster Professional Development

Enhance the professional development of top undergraduate and graduate students of Historically Black Colleges and Universities by participating as an official sponsor. Students will gain valuable knowledge through interactive workshops with prominent speakers and face-to-face conversations with industry professionals. With the generous donations of our sponsors we are able to keep this event free to HBCU students and leave no barriers between them and success.
