Our two newly created high-impact events: Employer-Student Meet & Greet, and 1 on 3 student sessions will enable employers to focus specifically on the majors they are interested in and it allows for more personal interaction between the employer and the student.
The Employer-Student Meet & Greet is a two-hour reception where both employers and students can identify with each other by their particular “Field of Interest” (FOI) color badge. The FOI process allows for more direct “Major” specific engaged conversations to take place by eliminating the second-guessing of what both the student and employer are looking for. The 1 on 3 student sessions will allow companies the ability to talk with students in a more personable and stable environment, unlike a traditional career fair.
You will be able to spend more time efficiently talking with only those students that have the Major you and your company have an interest in, thereby, drastically improving your return on investment.
